Challenge & Solution

This was not a standard online store. BAYDOG sells exclusively to independent brick-and-mortar retailers, never through third-party marketplaces, so the platform had to serve trade buyers rather than the public. It needed account-based access, wholesale pricing, downloadable price sheets and media assets, clear ordering and shipping terms, and a smooth bulk ordering experience for retail partners.

We built a wholesale-focused platform with account-based access, wholesale pricing, and a product catalog organized for trade buyers. We integrated downloadable resources including price sheets and a media asset library, added dedicated pages for curated order sets, and clearly presented wholesale terms such as minimum order thresholds and shipping policies.
